HOW DO I PAY?
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we do!

IF YOUR ORDER IS A PRE-ORDER
If your order is a pre-order, note that shipping of pre-orders will start in late September. You will be made aware of the shipping of your order as soon as it leaves our warehouse.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Orders are shipped via Deutsche Post. Please note that your order is handled by Deutsche Post, a service of DHL until it reaches the country of delivery. As soon as it reaches the final country country of delivery, your local postal service will take care of the delivery. You can use your local postal service delivery tracking feature to track your package locally, the tracking code to use is formatted as follows: RSXXXXXXXXXXDE. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
1-3 days to process, depending on the current volume of orders. Once your awesome package of cool stuff gets into the shipping company's hands, Domestic orders usually take anywhere between 2-4 business days for delivery. International orders can take 2-3 weeks to deliver.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes you will! Your order confirmation email will include the tracking information for your order. 

I HAVE RECEIVED MY TRACKING NUMBER BUT IT ISN'T ACTIVE YET, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Your order will be processed at DHL's hub in Frankfurt within 2 days of you receiving the tracking link, this is normal!

THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER, WHO SHOULD I CONTACT?
Just email us at support@merchandisegame.zendesk.com. We will always do our best to keep up with each and every email, but if you don't hear back within a couple days send us another! The last thing we want is for you to feel dissatisfied and ignored.
